Problems of quality of an academic research and authenticity of its professional specialization
In view of the problems of modern academic research the necessity of the supplementa-tion to the list of specializations in which the academic degree in the branch of “Choreographic Art” might be awarded is being substantiated. It has been proven that it will significantly expand the scale of international academic cooperation and enable to educate professional choreologysts, as required by new scientific tasks. The main tasks of choreology and specific lines of research in this area, affecting primarily the historical and stylistic, semiotic and practical aspects were formulated.
